Another great day at HG3 yesterday rounded off with and excellent BarBell club! Well done everyone. Today we turn our attention to a bit of gymnastics work looking at handstands, followed by a partner kettlebell complex - Enjoy!

A) 4 Minute TC

90 Double unders then AMRAP

1 wall climb

5 burpees

10 Squats 

B) Gymnastic focus - Handstands - Wall / Free / shoulder touches/ walks

C) Conditioning - In Pairs

Run 400 m

then 10 rounds of the following kettlebell complex

2 double swings

2 cleans 

2 front squats 

4 sea saw presses

6 lunges

run 400m
