Rowing Seminar - 21st October 2017 1-4pm

We have arranged another 3 hour Rowing Seminar with Ben Cox from Row UK. Ben was Head Coach at Lea Rowing Club for two years, winning British Championship medals of every hue with some of his athletes going on to Home Countries representation. Whilst there he created and designed LYR’s Learn2Row and Mobile Learn2Row programmes as well as a number of initiatives with partners such as the Met Police and Arsenal in the Community. He is now setting something similar up in Leeds and is quickly becoming recognised in the area. 

Ben has done a seminar for us before and it was invaluable. The technique change in the guys that took part was amazing in such a short space of time. 

The seminar will be taking place on Saturday 21st October 1-4pm and is £27.50 per head. We only have 10 spaces available so book on early to make sure you don't miss out.
