SWEAT @ HG3 Fitness

 

SWEAT is a highly energised, friendly interval based conditioning class that involves you working out as an individual or in a group environment. 

Classes include low skilled, functional exercises that are all scalable to match the needs of the individuals.

This class will see you light up your metabolism allowing for an effective fat burning session whilst also improving your aerobic capacity. These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to shed a few pounds, work on general fitness or improve sports performance.

Sessions will include the newest equipment in the fitness industry such as Ski Ergs, Assault Bikes and Concept 2 Rows whilst also using some of the old classics like Battling Ropes, Prowlers, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Bodyweight Exercises.

All sessions are programmed by Sarah Brooks and HG3 Fitness head coach Pete Davis. The aim is for you to progress your training and increase your fitness through carefully planned sessions. No two classes are the same, you will always have fun, work hard and leave knowing you have seriously improved your fitness under the guidance of our professional coaches we will make sure you move well, move safely and get the most out of your training.

With no prior fitness needed you can turn up, get involved and have an amazing 45 minute workout. 45 mins is the perfect time if you struggle for space in the day to train due to other commitments. We have a variety of times available so that you can always fit in a session during the week. Just check out our timetable to see when might work for you. Come down, get fit, burn fat, have fun and most importantly..... SWEAT, with a smile on your face!
