1st of February guys.... guess what that means.... Registration for the 2012 Crossfit Games Opens today. We are going to be making this a big part of our next 2 months. Register now and the first Wod comes out on the 22nd of Feb and they run until the 25th of March. There will be one a week and we should all get involved.
